I ordered flowers from the Window Garden through Just Flowers.com. When the party I sent them to let me know that they were delivered in very poor condition and turning brown on the edges within 24 hours I called the Window Garden. I was greeted by a gentlemen who I explained my dissatisfaction and he sarcasticly asked if I paid him for for flowers to which I said that I did. He then got into an argument with me that he did not send out unacceptable flowers and that I had no right calling him because I placed my order through Just Flowers.com and that they were the ones that I paid, not him. He was one of the nastiest people I had ever spoken to. Just a word of advice, find another florist!!!

Very poor quality of roses and looked like they were just stuck in the vase. Buyer beware! Emailed the Window Garden within the hour of recieving the arrangement. After not receiving any response to my e-mail, I called the Window Garden . I spoke to a gentleman who answered the phone and I told him of the condition of the flowers -- now 24 hours later the roses are really looking bad. He said they would not deliver unsuitable flowers. I told him that he most certainly had and could come and get them and see for himself. He told me that I was not the customer and to have a nice new year's. I asked him for his name and he simply said (again) to have a nice new year's and hung up on me without providing me his name. I was told I was not the customer because the roses were wired to me by a friend. The Window Garden's lack of care that the receiving party (the one that actually sees them) found the flowers to be unsuitable and dying was very un-businesslike. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Company deserves no stars. Find another florist.

I placed an order through 1-800flowers.com on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery for my Mother's birthday. They never made the delivery and when they returned my email Monday morning, they said they made two attempts and do not have "sender's" contact information so there was nothing they could do but wait for a reply. When I placed the order, I gave my Mother's phone number and my cell phone number. My parents were home all day waiting for that delivery as were the EIGHT other people who were in the home all weekend. This company DID NOT attempt to deliver and lied about it. Both emails I received from this company were one-liners that showed that they could care less about customers. I hope enough people read this warning and avoid doing business with these people so they will hopefully, one day, understand the value of customers.

Not only are their arrangements beautiful but their customer service is top notch. Your special event or occassion will be safe in their capable hands.
